At Brixa we provide a professional guarantor service to support tenants in securing a rental property. However, if you are experiencing financial difficulties, we strongly encourage you to seek independent financial advice before applying for our guarantor service.

When to pay for your guarantor service
Once we have received your property application, we will review your eligibility and inform your landlord or agent of the outcome. Upon acceptance by the landlord or agent, you will then be required to make the initial payment for the service.
