Guarantor Service Terms

By applying for this service, the Tenant understands and agrees to the following conditions:

• The Guarantor will cover the deposit on behalf of the Tenant in case the Tenant defaults or damages the property.

• The Tenant is required to repay the Guarantor for the deposit amount, plus any applicable fees or interest as per the terms outlined in the separate Guarantor Agreement.

• The Tenant must pay their rent on time every month; any non-payment could result in the Guarantor being required to step in and pay on behalf of the Tenant.

• The Guarantor has the right to initiate a claim against the Tenant for any unpaid deposit amount or damages after a reasonable period.
