Our service is available to students, employed individuals, self-employed professionals, and retirees. Brixa guarantees the lessor, your obligations from the rental contract with the maximum amount of the Deposit Guarantee.
For the risk of non-payment you have to pay Brixa a monthly fee of €2,50, a one-time closing fee of €250.

When to pay for your Brixa service
Once you've selected a property and the landlord is prepared to sign an agreement, you will need to pay for the guarantor service before the tenancy agreement can be signed. For eligible customers, payment can be made in instalments.
